**Hospitality Services Assistant (HSA)**
We are seeking flexible and patient-centred professionals to join our team as Hospitality Services Assistants (HSAs) in a part-time and casual capacity across morning, afternoon, and night shifts at Geelong.
The primary function of this role is to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of hospital areas, including patient rooms, public spaces, and administrative areas. With further training, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills into patient transport and assist with equipment transport and clinical teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Strong customer service focus: able to deliver on and respond compassionately to patients' needs.
* Excellent interpersonal skills: able to communicate clearly, confidently, and courteously.
* Organised approach to work: able to work consistently and effectively in a busy environment.
* Well-developed understanding of Infection Control in a hospital environment.
* Flexibility to work any shift, as required, on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
You will have access to PSA training, which is highly regarded and directly transferable into patient transport duties.
