Job Title: Retail Store Assistant
At Loblaw Companies Limited, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Store Assistant. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Travel to assigned retail locations to work alongside construction teams to remodel stores
* Eliminate out-of-stock and out-of-date product from shelves, clean and/or adjust shelves, and restock shelves
* Assemble, set up, and maintain store fixtures, displays, and shelves by following Plan-O-Grams
* Receive and unload incoming materials and compare information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify shipment accuracy
Requirements:
* Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle for transportation to different stores
* Flexibility to work any shift, predominantly overnight shifts
* Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for prolonged periods
