We are looking for an **IT Support Specialist**to join our team based in our QLD region to provide follow the technical sun support.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and to bring your expertise to help shape the future of IT support within IDX.Your primary responsibilities will be providing IT Service Desk and onsite support services to our Radiologists, Technologists and Administration staff. You will frequently be collaborating with other IT professionals within IDX on other IT related projects and initiatives.While the role is primarily that of IT Level 1 to Level 2 helpdesk support, as well as an onsite field technician support, we are looking for someone who will be able to expand their skill set to learn and support our clinical reporting applications and to participate in special projects with the prospect of taking on future roles. This will be your chance to make a real impact with our new team as part of IDX's IT support strategy.**About you**We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and highly motivated support professional. You should have a good understanding of ITIL, record keeping and documentation practices, excellent organisation skills to effectively prioritise time sensitive tasks, and be able to translate technical details into everyday language.
