Store Manager – Mackay
Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a leading Australian retail group for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Mackay regional store. What you'll do
* Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
* Train and develop junior or under‑performing team members to reach their potential
* Manage daily store operations, including stock management, presentation and operational efficiency
* Analyse store performance to make informed commercial decisions
* Create a positive, proactive and inclusive team culture on the shop floor
What we're looking for
* Strong retail management experience, preferably with regional or high‑performing teams
* Passionate about training, coaching and developing team members
* Confident communicator with hands‑on leadership skills
* Positive, adaptable and proactive approach with strong results focus
