Optimisation Specialist
* We are seeking an experienced Optimisation Specialist to join our team in Perth. The ideal candidate will have a background in Extractive Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering, with 2-5 years of processing plant experience.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing test work programs, interpreting information, preparing models of crushing and grinding circuits, selecting optimal comminution configurations, and analysing operating data.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and manage test work programs to optimise comminution circuit performance.
* Prepare models of crushing and grinding circuits using in-house software and commercial packages.
* Select optimal comminution configurations and derive equipment specifications.
* Analyse operating data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
* Qualifications in Extractive Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
* 2-5 years processing plant experience with a focus on optimisation and continuous improvement.
* Experience with data visualisation software and programming skills.
