As a Mental Health Clinician, you will draw on your discipline skills, engage with the consumers, other clinicians, the consumer's treatment team, lived experience peer workers, Neami staff and family / friends / carers to provide high‑quality needs assessments and interventions aimed at improving mental health outcomes for consumers accessing the service. The Mental Health Clinician positions will look to provide short to medium term supports to individuals and have a strong emphasis on preparing the consumer to leave the service and support their access to holistic and integrated care. This work will focus on clinical needs assessment, collaborative care planning and group facilitation where required.
