The Role We are seeking an experienced Quarry Manager to lead a well-established operation located west of Melbourne. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all aspects of site performance including production, maintenance, safety, team leadership and commercial outcomes. You will take full ownership of the operation, working closely with senior leadership while having the autonomy to drive improvements and performance across the site. The Operation The site is a long-standing quarry producing sand, gravel, bluestone aggregates and specialty products, supplying a broad customer base across construction, civil and landscaping sectors. With an annual output of approximately 500,000 tonnes and a strong pipeline of ongoing work, the operation is well positioned for continued success. The quarry has a substantial remaining resource, with an approved extension expected to support a further 20 years of operation.
