Staff Development Nurse Role
This permanent, full-time appointment is within a nursing and midwifery education service.
* Plan, implement and evaluate education and training related to clinical practices at the ward or unit level.
* Educate and train staff as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care, collaborating to ensure services are delivered in accordance with health-service policy and standards.
* Practice within scope of practice, following the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
