Location
Situated on the north end of the Tweed Coast in Banora Point, Bolton Clarke's Winders Lodge provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and tight‐knit community environment.
Role
As a Personal Care Worker you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.
Responsibilities
* Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assist with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
* Support and care for residents as they age and assist them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self‐determination and comfort.
* Assist the resident with self‐care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

* Ensure an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
* Experience in a care role highly regarded.
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
* Completed a police check.
