We are currently recruiting an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee rail signalling project outcomes within Victoria. The position holds overall technical and assurance responsibility, and plays a key role in driving signalling activities across the full project lifecycle, working closely with engineering teams, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Duration: Permanent, Full-time
Remuneration: $230,000 + Super
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of signalling works across project phases.
* Coordinate design, integration, and commissioning activities.
* Ensure compliance with rail safety standards and regulations.
* Manage contractors and internal teams to meet project milestones, incl. signal technicians, site/project engineers, project managers, and related civil workers.
* Monitor programme, risks, and delivery performance.
* Support effective stakeholder engagement across the project.
Required Experience
* Engineering background preferred.
* Strong experience in on-site signalling delivery, ideally working for tier 1 or specialist contractors.
* Solid understanding of signalling standards and operational requirements specific to VIC (e.g., MTM, Vline, ARTC).
* Ability to lead teams and drive outcomes in a complex delivery environment.
