The Workforce Lead is responsible for leading a team of Support Schedulers/Administrators and overseeing the local workforce planning function.

* Leading a team of Support Schedulers/Administrators

* Driving efficiency, resource optimisation, and continuous improvement
For this role, we seek an individual with:
* A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Business, Aged Care, or Healthcare (or equivalent experience)
* A current and unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
* Demonstrated ability to ensure the voice of the customer is heard and valued
* Knowledge and experience with employment agreements/industrial relations, workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting
* Experience working within Aged Care or Community Services
