About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about creating a thriving workplace culture and driving meaningful change? RACV is seeking a dynamic People & Culture Consultant to be a trusted partner across our business, delivering high-impact HR support and continuous improvement.
As the primary contact for people matters, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering professional, responsive, and cohesive People & Culture services. You'll work closely with stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and champion operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Identify and implement continuous improvement of P&C processes, content and systems to optimise useability, accuracy and efficiency
* Contribute to P&C related projects
* Provide professional and efficient support to the business and ensure the accurate and timely action of P&C administrative tasks, processes and queries
* Develop key stakeholder relationships, working in partnership to ensure the business needs are met
What you'll need to be successful
* Relevant qualification in P&C or related discipline
* At least 2 years' experience working within a P&C function
* Demonstrated HR process improvement, P&C system knowledge and providing P&C advice
* Excellent administration, time management and organisational skills
* Excellent understanding of positive customer service principles
* Results Focused
* High attention to detail
