This full-time position involves providing administrative assistance to our production operations, ensuring smooth product delivery and excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities include assisting with production planning, ordering and scheduling, as well as maintaining supply levels to meet manufacturing and customer deadlines.
Requirements
* Friendly and professional phone manner with strong people skills
* Ability to build rapport quickly with internal and external stakeholders
* Organised, adaptable and a team player with a proactive attitude
* Confident with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with V6 or Oracle systems is highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
