Job Description
We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Perth Airport. This is an ongoing casual role that will involve serving valued customers and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
This opportunity will be for a casual position with a minimum availability of 3-4 days per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a customer-focused approach to work each day.
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers upon their arrival, assisting with the check-in process, and ensuring that all vehicles are returned in good condition. You will also be required to assess vehicles for any potential new damages and report them accordingly.
You will need to have a full and valid driver's licence and be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. A competitive rate + loadings/overtime rates + performance Bonuses will be offered to the successful applicant.
