We're seeking a dedicated Warehouse/General Hand to join our growing team in Mt Gambier. You will play a crucial role in our delivery services, assisting with general warehouse and maintenance tasks and basic repairs. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs and circumstances, while delivering exceptional customer service.
This position requires a current unrestricted Drivers Licence.
About the Role
As a key part of our regional team, you will:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
Assemble/pick customer orders accurately and on time
Deliver, install and collect product in a timely and professional manner
Follow scheduled routes and instructions via a digitised portal
Assist with inventory control and stocktakes
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
Perform general maintenance and support duties as required
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude
Perform basic repairs, cleaning and maintenance of equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a warehousing, delivery or healthcare support role (preferred but not essential)
Good physical fitness and attention to detail
A proactive and positive attitude
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A good driving record
Police clearance or willingness to obtain one
WWC and NDIS worker checks or willingness to obtain
Evidence of Covid vaccination and current flu.
