About the role
As a Full‐Time Reliever, you will be contracted to full‐time hours and deployed across multiple Defence sites as operationally required. In exchange for flexibility, Full‐Time Relievers receive Reliever Allowances as per the Award, rather than a fixed fortnightly roster.
* Multiple Defence locations across WA
* 12‐hour rotating shifts (days and nights, 24/7 environment)
* Reliever Allowances paid in accordance with the Award
* Potential earnings up to $90,000+ per annum (subject to classification, allowances, overtime, and hours worked)
Key Responsibilities
* Physical access control and gatehouse operations
* Identification verification and personnel access management
* Monitoring CCTV and electronic access control systems
* Internal and external security patrols
* Incident response and emergency management
* Contractor and delivery management
* Hazard identification and reporting
* Accurate incident and HSE reporting
* Supporting Defence personnel, contractors, and visitors
Qualifications
* Current AGSVA Security Clearance (Baseline, Negative Vetting Level 1 or NV2)
* Current WA Security Licence
* Availability for rotating 12‐hour shifts
