About the role
The Global Operations plays a central role supporting the operational needs of the Global teams, including financial support, travel arrangements, support to project delivery, and remaining efficiency across the Global teams, both offshore and onshore. The Coordinator, Global Operations will focus on operationalising marketing and recruitment requirements as needed as well as produce reports and recommendations to the Executive Director, Global.
You will:
* provide regular reports on international student recruitment progress against risk, based on BI data and other data sources;
* develop and maintain mechanisms of reporting team activities and performance in market;
* plan and coordinate onshore and offshore events (physical and online) within the Global portfolio, including but not limited to workshops, seminars, and conferences. Support travel arrangements as required; and
* ensure effective and efficient processing of payments of invoices from offshore and onshore teams and agents.
About you
Reporting to the Executive Director, Global, you will possess a strong understanding of tertiary education, international education and global partnership management. You will possess the ability to coordinate and manage projects, prioritising task and meeting deadlines to ensure a successful delivery.
You will possess:
* high-level analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prepare reports, briefing papers, and recommendations to support decision-making;
* proven ability to liaise effectively internal stakeholders;
* demonstrated customer service skills with ability to engage with diverse cultural groups and demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with international stakeholders; and
* demonstrated ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
