Executive Sales Director Role
As a seasoned sales leader, you will drive business growth across the Asia-Pacific region by enhancing our ability to sell and maintain security solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales playbooks and directly engage with customers to demonstrate how our solutions solve their challenges.
You will be an inspiring thought leader within the business and in the customer and partner community, driving the platform-based proposition with a focus on security solutions. Your strategic collaboration with country leaders and regional corporate sales directors will ensure alignment and focused engagement across the portfolio.
* Be an innovative thought leader who drives the security platform proposition, focusing on solution sets.
* Collaborate strategically with country leaders and regional corporate sales directors to ensure alignment and focused engagement across the portfolio.
* Provide influence and direction to specialist sales teams throughout APJ, orchestrating resources to maximize market impact.
* Partner with customers to understand their business challenges and architect value-driven solutions that integrate into their strategic roadmaps.
* Work within a heavily matrixed environment providing direction to individual product line leaders within APJ.
* Forge strong partnerships with core sellers, equipping them to position security technologies and collaborating to close significant opportunities.
* Deliver compelling training to internal teams on effectively positioning security products.
* Channel customer feedback to Product Management teams to influence feature development and roadmap priorities.
* Stay well-educated and informed about the company's vision, product roadmaps, and the threat landscape.
* Travel up to 50% to engage with customers and internal teams.

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in cybersecurity technology sales leadership or equivalent experience within hyper-growth SaaS-based platform companies.
* Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrix environments.
* Operational excellence in driving sales pipeline and orchestrating engagement with internal and external corporate sales teams.
* Experience successfully communicating with and advising C-suite, senior management, and analyst/architect-level customers/clients.
* Demonstrated success selling security or complex SaaS at the C-Suite and senior management levels.
* Exceptional presentation skills for both virtual and in-person delivery to large audiences.
* High energy, charismatic personality with strong relationship-building capabilities.
* Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology strongly preferred.
