Design & Build are currently seeking an experienced Foreman for a long-term contract role with the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a major $55 million new build church project located on the southside of Brisbane.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Supervising daily site operations
* Managing subcontractors and trades
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
* Coordinating site logistics and scheduling
* Maintaining high-quality standards and compliance
About You
* Proven experience as a Foreman on commercial construction projects
* Experience on large-scale builds ($30M+ highly regarded)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Solid understanding of WHS requirements
* Ability to drive programme and manage multiple trades
* First Aid and CPR
* QBCC supervisors license
