About the Role

Based in Braeside, you'll work closely with our National Administration team and branches and be supported by experts across the business.

Your day will include:

* Managing workloads of insurance home & contents claims
* Collaborating with Operations to ensure accurate Assessment Reports
* Writing reports & lodging them with Clients/Insurers via online portals
* Liaising with external Claims Administrators & Assessors
* Handling data entry and updates with precision
* Meeting KPIs in a fast-paced but supportive team environment

We value attitude as much as experience. Bring your curiosity, and we'll back you with training.

Insurance background handy (but not essential)

Strong communication & a friendly phone manner

Ability to multitask & stay calm under pressure

Empathy and professionalism in every interaction

Got qualifications but not much experience? No problem. We'll teach you the ropes.

Immediate start | Full-time, permanent role
