We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Support Assistant to deliver high-quality support and assistance to our clients in Bundaberg.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting independence, well-being and dignity by providing tailored care that respects each individual's needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with personal care – bathing, grooming, showering, and dressing
* Delivering person-centred care that supports each client's routine and preferences
* Supporting daily living activities at home and in the community, including: meal preparation and light housekeeping, mobility and hygiene support, transport to appointments and social outings, providing companionship and emotional support, encouraging independence and enhancing overall wellbeing
Please note that a driver's licence and vehicle are required for this role.
