The role In this role, you will align with Queensland Health's core values while serving as an expert advisor for the Office of the Chief Nurse and Midwifery Officer (OCNMO). Your responsibilities include providing insightful analysis and recommendations on governance, records management, finance, and human resource policies. Collaborating closely with the Deputy Director Business Services Team, you will ensure corporate governance and operational excellence, emphasizing financial accountability.
Additionally, you will facilitate project methodologies, manage communication services, and stay abreast of the latest technologies to enhance communication strategies. Your role involves effective project management, risk mitigation, and oversight of operational support staff to ensure compliance with contemporary human resources practices, workplace health and safety, ethical behaviour, and anti-discrimination policies.
