Role model, coach, mentor, and critically reflect with our educators to deliver curriculums and environments that enrich the child's holistic development.

* Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
* Excellent communication skills
* Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and educators
* Supportive and kind leadership qualities
* Willingness to be recognized as the educational leader at the service
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor
* Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
* Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
* Experience as an educational leader is highly regarded
