Position Summary This role is responsible to control the content and imagery that appears on Costco.com.au, working closely with the buying, operations and marketing teams. The primary responsibility of the Online Content Specialist is to drive website shop-ability by ensuring accuracy and consistency of product content and logical categorisation of items on the website. Job Duties/Essential Functions Maintaining web content on the site using SAP Hybris Creates, modifies and associates product images, category and homepage images Writing product descriptions that help visitors intuitively understand how the product will benefit them Re-proofs content and placement, after the item is live on the website Monitors website for any inconsistencies; content, usability, messaging and branding, Responsible for enforcing Costco site standards. Our content specialists are the content gatekeepers and advocates of Costco best practices Communicates with Buyers, call centre and other departments to relay and gather information Assists in other areas of the department and company as needed. Non - Essential Functions Assists in other areas of the department as necessary. Qualifications (Costco-specific or industry specific skills that candidates should possess): Education/Training: Higher School Certificate or higher. Knowledge/Skills: Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Google Analytics, AS400, excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal & written communication skills. Experience with SAP Hybris e-commerce platform desirable. Experience working with suppliers and other outside agencies preferred. Other Specific requirements: Adobe Photoshop Dreamweaver or other HTML editors HTML & CSS competencies * If successful, you will be required to undertake role & department specific training within specified timeframes
