Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through engaging with customers, answering their queries, and providing them with tailored support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
* Be knowledgeable about products and able to answer customer inquiries confidently
* Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time and perform moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg
* Hold an accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, which is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia
