About the Position
FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Work Schedule
Position availability is for 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM). Flexibility may be required to support production needs, including occasional overtime.
Responsibilities
* Weighing and/or metering raw materials into mixing tank.
* Mixing raw materials into mixing tank to make finished product.
* Transferring finished product from mixing tank into proper shipping container.
* Regular inspections of the ball mills.
* Reviewing of the batch tickets to determine the type and quantity of graphite to be ground.
* Following standard operating procedures for loading and unloading the ball mills.
* Verification of raw material consumption via SAP.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Two plus years of previous manufacturing/plant operations experience required.
* Demonstrated ability to follow simple batch ticket instructions.
* Work with limited supervision and perform basic mathematical calculations.
* Batch making and/or compounding experience a plus.
