Ridgeway Group's Madame V is currently searching for a experiend Chef de Partie to join our team. We are an Asian restaurant, offering a high end but relaxed casual dining experience.
About Ridgeway Group
An industry leader in the Restaurant and Catering industry, Ridgeway Group have set the bar for both beautiful venues with tantalising food & drink menus. Our group includes Little Truffle in Mermaid Beach, Madame V, Ridgeway Catering & Kwila Lodge.
Madame V is currently closed Mondays & Tuesdays. We trade dinner 4 nights per week Wednesday-Saturday & lunches Friday-Sunday. This offers a great work-life balance with an early Sunday finish followed by two days off.
About You

In this role you will create memorable experiences for our guests through:
* Execution of preparation of recipes to the highest standards for the section and others when necessary
* Ensuring a consistent high quality in the preparation and presentation of all kitchen products showing variety and flair in all food items within the cost margins specified
* Assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef with menu preparation and ensuring adequate supplies are available for expected service.
* Liaison with Restaurant colleagues regarding the availability of menu items, additions to the menu and any relevant changes.
If our role interests you and you are able to demonstrate the following:
* Previous experience in a similar role and environment.
* Trade qualifications in commercial cookery.
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role & style of kitchen.
* Excellent technical knowledge with experience in all cooking techniques and styles.
* Excellent organisational skills & grooming standards.
* Genuine commitment to guest service, attention to detail and passionate about the industry
