About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Specialist Paediatric Dentist to join our dedicated Paediatric Dentistry team at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. Your responsibilities will include providing a broad range of complex dental treatments to public patients, as well as offering leadership and support to dental auxiliaries, dentists, oral health therapists, and specialists in training.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Diagnose and treat dental conditions in children, including social, orthodontic, and other issues.
2. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal care for children.
3. Create a welcoming environment to make dental visits positive and stress-free for kids.
4. Lead prevention and education efforts to promote lifelong oral health habits.
About You
* Provide patient care in line with DHSV's standards and policies.
* Current, unrestricted AHPRA Specialist registration.
* Valid Victorian Working with Children's Check.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong commitment to clinical excellence.
