A fulltime opportunity exists for an adaptable team player to join our Telesales team at our foodservice branch located in Albury.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Administration Manager this position is responsible for providing over the phone customer service and provide a high level of customer service to external customers in addition to performing other administrative tasks, reports and quality assurance tasks and audits.
Duties:
* Respond to customer queries via telephone, in person and by email in a professional and timely manner
* Liaise with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure accuracy of supplier invoices, orders, resolve issues and provide information as requested
* Carry out Counter sales efficiently with a focus on excellent customer service
* Facilitate smooth processing of sales enquiries and customer orders and quotes
* Provide general administrative tasks with an emphasis on accuracy as required
* Conduct internal audits of the Quality and HACCP based food system
Skills and Experience:
* Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
* Superior customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
* Action customer queries appropriately and in a timely manner
* Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi task
* Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
* Excellent computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems
* Sales experience and an understanding of the foodservice industry or an allied industry would be an advantage.
