As a Marketing professional, you will play a key role in shaping the voice and presence of our brands. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth across social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimise Meta advertising campaigns
* Manage and schedule content across all social media channels (Instagram and Facebook)
* Produce regular performance reports on social media activity
* Capture and edit high-quality visual content that reflects the personality and customer experience of each brand
* Create email marketing campaigns as directed by the Sales Manager
* Design and produce printed marketing materials such as menus, flyers, signage, and table talkers
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date website and e-commerce content
* Respond to customer reviews and enquiries across digital platforms
* Liaise with suppliers and the wider team to produce printed materials and dry goods
Requirements:
* Proven experience running social media accounts and creating engaging content
* Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone and style
* Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign optimisation
* Confidence using design tools such as Canva to create compelling visual content
