Key Responsibilities include:
* Managing a residential rental portfolio of 135 properties
* Maintaining landlord and tenant relationships
* Completing ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
* Conducting regular rent and lease reviews
* Managing repairs and maintenance requests
About the Candidate
Specifically, the successful candidate will require:
* Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration QLD or NSW
* Demonstrated experience with entry & exit condition reports
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs (Property Tree or similar)
* Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
* Strong negotiation skills
* Current driver's licence and reliable car
