We’re on the lookout for a reliable, friendly, and hard-working Café All-Rounder to join our welcoming team at Funk by Botanical Brew in Geelong West.
We are small family run cafe/bakery that is community focused, serving great coffee, delicious house baked goods, fine food, and good vibes to local families.
We are excited to expand our team as we look to build on our current offerings to the local community.
About the Role
* Preparing high-quality coffee quickly and consistently
* Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude
* Assisting with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks
* Keeping the café clean, organised, and running smoothly
* Operating the POS system, taking orders, and handling transactions
* Working closely with the team to create a great café experience
Hours & Availability
* This role is requires availability between 7:30am-3:00pm Wednesday-Sunday
* Weekend availability is essential
What We’re Looking For
* Coffee experience is preferable but not essential, training can be provided for the right applicant
* Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
* Confident multitasking in a fast-paced environment
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Food handling knowledge is a bonus
