We’re looking for sharp, competitive sales professionals to help lead the charge.

We’re recruiting for our next sales dynamo based in the Albury/Wodonga region.

About the role;

This role isn’t for those who sit back and wait — we’re after Hunters.

Energetic sales professionals who love the thrill of building business, pursuing leads, and closing deals.

If you're fuelled by passion, persistence, and a growth mindset, we want you on our team.

Be ready for overnight travel across regional areas — this is a role that takes you places across regional Victoria and NSW in our fully equipped sales van.

When not on the road, you’ll be actively selling in our Albury and Wodonga stores.

What you'll be doing

- Actively driving growth–owning the sales cycle, and closing deals
- Developing strong, long-term customer relationships across industrial and welding sectors
- Working closely with your branch teams and support network to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
- Identifying new gas opportunities in collaboration with the BOC sales team
- Providing expert advice and support to customers using your technical knowledge of Metal Fabrication processes and applications
- Maintaining a strong commitment to safety with a focus on zero harm to people or the environment

- You’re a true sales hunter – self-motivated, relentless, and results-driven
- You’ve proven your ability to generate and grow new business, ideally in technical or industrial environments
- You understand the welding or gas industry (or have the aptitude to learn fast)
- You’re commercially savvy – you plan, problem-solve, and execute with confidence
- You’re a strong communicator and natural relationship builder – people trust you
- You bring energy, ownership and urgency to everything you do
- You’re committed to delivering customer value and creating standout service experiences
