Strategic SAP Solution Manager Lead
We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume the role of Strategic SAP Solution Manager Lead. In this position, you will leverage your extensive expertise in SAP consulting and Solution Manager administration to spearhead clients' strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance to clients on their SAP Solution Manager strategy, including system configuration, customization, and integration.
* Design and implement scalable SAP Solution Manager landscapes aligned with future business objectives.
* Lead large-scale SAP Solution Manager projects from inception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Act as a thought leader, staying abreast of the latest SAP Solution Manager trends and promoting continuous improvement within the SAP Basis environment.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP Solution Manager implementations, updates, and migrations.
* Manage key stakeholder relationships with technology providers and partners to ensure optimal resource utilization and access to top-tier solutions.
* Mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and nurturing their professional growth.
* Serve as primary client contact, translating business requirements into effective SAP Solution Manager solutions.
Required Skills & Expertise:
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
* Substantial experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, with a focus on SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and / or SAP S / 4HANA.
* Comprehensive understanding of SAP Solution Manager administration, including monitoring, performance tuning, security management, and backup / recovery.
* Expert knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, with a strong focus on Solution Manager and related technologies.
* Proven proficiency in SAP HANA Administration and Database Management Systems.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle challenges both tactically and strategically.
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
* A track record of successfully leading and delivering complex SAP Solution Manager projects that achieve client satisfaction and business value.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
