As a key member of the Learning and Leadership team, you'll be at the forefront of designing, evolving, and implementing our learning footprint for the Customer portfolio. With your strong instructional design skills, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to craft, develop, and deliver dynamic and engaging learning programs that build the capability of our people.
What your role will involve:
1. Design, develop, procure, and facilitate practical, innovative, and engaging learning solutions (standard and bespoke) that align with Water Corporation's strategic goals and enhance our workforce's knowledge and capability.
2. Ensure the integrity of Water Corporation's learning solutions by staying informed of current research, trends, and techniques; and by producing high-quality professional learning materials.
3. Identify and communicate issues/themes emerging in L&D data and work context, partnering with relevant stakeholders to support resolution.
4. Manage L&D Panels to ensure ongoing alignment of services and the best fit when sourcing from the L&D Panel.
5. Coordinate the end-to-end process of e-learning and multimedia learning products to ensure consistent quality that aligns with learning governance requirements (messaging and legislative requirements).
6. Provide consultancy services and advice on all matters related to learning and development.
7. Support Relationship Managers and Business Managers by designing and facilitating programs or brokering L&D services and support to the business.
8. Comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
Key skills and experience
* Having a Tertiary qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment).
* Substantial experience in providing learning and development tools and programs within a large multidisciplinary organization.
* Experience in initiating, implementing, and managing programs/projects effectively.
* Relevant experience with vocational training systems (competency-based training and assessment, national training packages).
* Knowledge or experience in needs analysis, instructional design, course development, implementation, delivery, facilitation, assessment, and evaluation of learning programs, including various delivery methodologies.
* Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning products.
* Ideally, experience supporting an operational workforce with corporate learning.
* Ideally, experience supporting a customer-facing and/or contact centre workforce with technical skills.
