Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT professional to join our team as a Service Desk Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across both IT infrastructure and telecommunications, ensuring our clients' systems run smoothly and securely.
The role involves working on a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft Office, Voice services, Networking, Entra and AWS Cloud. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in diagnosing hardware, software and networking issues.
You will act as an escalation point for other technicians and contribute to customer solutions. Additionally, you will provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices printers business-critical software administer Microsoft 365 tenants user management Intune configurations configure manage Windows Server Active Directory Entra ID environments work virtualisation platforms Hyper-V VMware Proxmox cloud infrastructure hosted in Microsoft Entra Amazon Web Services monitor system performance perform diagnostics respond alerts assist new user onboarding secure offboarding processes participate project work upgrades migrations deployments maintain accurate documentation contribute internal knowledge base.
