Main Responsibilities:

* Franchisee Support and Advocacy
o Enhance franchisee satisfaction by offering timely, relevant support and advice.
o Promote brand advocacy among franchisees.
o Foster strong, trust-based relationships with franchisees.
* Support Client and Franchisee Development
o Engage in activities that support the development of both clients and franchisees.
* Operational Excellence
o Implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
o Resolve operational challenges and provide expert assistance.
o Ensure compliance with operational standards.
* Brand Compliance and Consistency
o Support brand audits to ensure compliance with brand standards.
o Provide feedback and corrective actions when necessary.
o Promote consistency in delivering high-quality customer experiences.
o Support onboarding new franchisees.
* Data Analysis and Reporting
o Analyse key metrics to inform strategic advice.
o Generate comprehensive reports highlighting performance trends and areas for improvement.
o Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive business growth.
* Team Collaboration and Development
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to client and franchise support.
o Contribute to the development of team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with:
Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
* Pharmacy-related qualifications (advantageous).
Work Experience:
* 5+ years in business development, retail management, or a related field.
* Proven track record in providing strategic advice and support to business units or franchises.
* Experience in analysing financial data and other performance metrics to drive business growth.
Skills:
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and influence others.
* Deep understanding of retail operations and best practices in pharmacy or related industries.
