About You
* Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology (Completed 5th year - Masters Degree)
* Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or ASORC
* Interested in a role based out of Darwin with potential regional travel opportunities
* Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Innovative mindset: bring new ideas to the table
The Role
* Deliver assessments and counselling to individuals experiencing sudden changes in career goals and circumstances
* Conduct assessments to guide individuals toward new careers
* Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and stakeholders to drive positive client outcomes
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce
* Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured workers and educate employers on the benefits of good work
