Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Change and Training Specialist – SuccessFactors (SAP ERP)
This is a long-term contract role for an initial duration of 2 months with a potential extension term of 36 months, located at our client’s location in Greenway, ACT with hybrid working arrangements .
As The Selected Candidate, You Will
* Provide change management services to support the successful implementation of the SA ERP project
* Engage stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and address concerns throughout the change process
* Design a structured and tailored training program for agency staff on SuccessFactors modules
* Deliver hands-on training sessions for key users, including administrators, and provide supporting materials for ongoing reference
* Conduct knowledge transfer activities to enable internal staff to manage change and training independently
* Develop tailored learning, change, and communication plans aligned to the agency’s SuccessFactors configuration and future ERP upgrades
To Be Successful In This Role You Should Have
* Demonstrated experience in change management within large ERP or HRIS transformation programs
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage expectations and build consensus
* Experience in developing and delivering end-user training programs for SuccessFactors or similar platforms
* Excellent communication and documentation skills to support training and change deliverables
* Proven ability to transfer knowledge and build internal capability
It Is Desirable If You Have
* Experience working in Federal Government or large-scale public sector environments
* Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR)
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning module
* Knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain Baseline security clearance .
