Working Conditions
- Monday - Friday
- Hybrid Working Conditions, with some days Work from Home
- Previous experience in Retail Property Management/Lease Admin essential
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Management of all financial transactions and occupancy payments
- Stakeholder management
- Annual outgoings budgets and forecasting
- Entering accurate data into the lease management system
- Reviewing and approving budgeted variable Outgoings and actuals to ensure charges are in line with the lease
- Occupancy costs (such as Base rent, outgoings, extended trade, and other occupancy costs)
- Reviewing leases and handle negotiations with landlords
- Assisting property manager with Lease Options & other lease renewals
The successful candidate will have previous experience in lease management with the administration of retail property leases. As well as:
- Experience that includes lease details, payments and budgeting
- Interpreting and managing property leases & negotiating based on financial data
- Experience in reviewing property OutgoingsUnderstanding of occupancy cost accounting
