Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Guest Activities and Tour Guide to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking an experienced tour guide who is passionate about culture and environment to join our Guest Activities team. This role will see you responsible for the delivery of Indigenous Guest Activities Touring as stipulated in the Ayers Rock Resort Touring program for resort guests. This will include Voyages Touring within the confines of Uluru and Kata Tjuta National Park as well as assisting in the Tourist Information Centre.
This role requires a Current Australian MR Drivers Licence
Key Duties
- Be an ambassador to the cultural elements on not only the Department but to Voyages Indigenous Tourism as a whole
- Welcoming to guests and visitors to the resort from various demographics
- Provide resort facility and general information to guests and visitors
- Familiar with Uluru and Kata Tjuta National Park and Watarrka National Park information whilst also being familiar with Voyages Activities, Tours and business partners' products
- Be able to handle guest complaints
