Key Responsibilities
* General carpentry (doors, skirting, shelving, cabinetry repairs, etc.)
* Property maintenance and minor repairs
* Installing fixtures and fittings
* Working independently and efficiently
* Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Requirements
* Proven experience as a handyman and/or carpenter
* Must have own tools
* Must have a suitable vehicle for transporting tools and materials
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
* Good communication skills
