Our Commercial Banking division serves over 10,000 clients in the medium to large business segment across Australia, with complex financial needs between $10m-$50m and turnover between $50m-$150m. Our client base consists of Professional Services, Not for Profit, Education, Franchise, Childcare and Construction Services support to meet their transactional requirements. **Your impact**
As a key member of the Relationship Management team you will support the team with research, analysis and develop a comprehensive database of client/industry specific information, ideas and solutions. You will undertake financial modelling and analysis and assess the risks/opportunities on new lending, as well as the risks associated with increases in client credit.

**More Specifically, You Will**:
- Prioritise quality, credit management, portfolio monitoring, revenue growth, and loss minimisation.
- Support Relationship Executives to align client needs, enhance service, and strategise product offerings.
- Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance, and analyse client data.
- Research new prospects, manage credit submissions, and conduct annual reviews promptly.
- Assist with and address queries relating to the opening of business accounts and other associated service-based tasks.
**We want to hear from you if you have**
- Robust financial analysis and modelling skills, a business/commerce degree with accounting experience.
- Adaptable, independent and a team player with good communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
- The ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex transactions and to prioritise risk, compliance, and credit assurance.Experience in opening and troubleshooting issues related to business accounts and service-related tasks.
