My Real Estate Investment and Asset Management client is recruiting for a newly created Property Accountant to be based in one of their newly acquired Shopping Centre's in Sydney.
The role will be hugely business partnering focused, as you will be the main finance person at the Centre partnering with Leasing, Asset and Property stakeholders, as well as finance and executive colleagues at Head office. The role will include;
* Complete quality and timely Financial Reports, including month-end analysis & commentary on each Shopping Centre in the portfolio
* Budgeting & Forecasting, Reporting and Analytics and Due Diligence analysis.
* Yardi experience – useful but not essential
* Retail experience preferred but background from other assets classes also welcome
You will be supporting the Centre in all Management Accounting aspects, and you will be a key contributor to identifying and implemented improve financial processes, especially around budgeting and forecasting.
