Join a company that heavily invests in technology and innovation The Roster The company offers a lifestyle friendly roster to accommodate a balanced lifestyle: 8:6 - day shift only 12-hour shifts: 5:30am - 5:30pm FIFO from Perth - Airstrip 20-minute bus drive from camp or DIDO from Kalgoorlie The Role In the position of a Drill Fitter, you will be working on an established and beautiful mine site located in the goldfield's region of WA, the role is primarily workshop based with some venturing underground to attend breakdowns and services of the drill on site. Conducting scheduled and preventative maintenance, repairs, and part fitting Addressing breakdowns, performing fault-finding and diagnostic work, and delivering technical support Working in a small team of 3 - including a Drill fitter, supervisor and an operator. Camp is 20-minute drive from site, all rooms are En-suite, good air conditioning & tv in room with Netflix and streaming services and no Back-to-backs Your experience The ideal candidate will come from a heavy, civil or agricultural background. Sandvik OEM experience and drill fitting background is desired but not essential. Required qualifications and attributes include: A heavy vehicle/diesel fitting trade qualification Experience with Sandvik systems Adaptability to various conditions and environments A valid Australian manual Driver's Licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Check within 3-6 months and a Dangerous Goods Security Card.
