Are you a seasoned commercial partner with expertise in enterprise account management and a deep understanding of the mining sector? We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to drive business growth across APAC region mining clients.
This role involves developing and executing strategic account plans, leading complex negotiations, and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing account management plans to grow revenue and retention, leading complex contract negotiations and licence renewals with key clients, and maintaining relationships with C-level decision-makers across accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute account management plans to grow revenue and retention
* Lead complex contract negotiations and licence renewals with key clients
* Maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers across accounts
* Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities and define scope
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned to quarterly targets
* Provide strategic market feedback to product and leadership teams
* Forecast sales activity and maintain CRM records
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager
* Familiarity with mining software or similar technology is preferred
* Success in enterprise contract negotiation and licence management
* Influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex accounts
