About the Role
This role is responsible for coordinating high-performance activities and projects, working across ASC teams and with external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience in project management, coordination, logistics, and administration, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate stakeholder campus HP requirements, including targeted AIS performance services
* Attend and contribute to strategic and operational NSO high-performance activity planning meetings
* Coordinate AIS HP camp and facility booking management systems and processes
* Provide high-level project, administrative, and operational support
* Collate and produce reporting on pre- and post-camp data on performance services impact
* Deliver quality advice and reporting on relevant issues to senior management
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Relevant tertiary or other qualifications in a field such as sport management, business administration, or similar
* Demonstrated experience working in a high-performance sport environment
* Exceptional organisational skills and proven ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving skills
* Well-developed communication skills, including interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and representation
