We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Specialist to deliver high-quality homes by developing and maintaining construction schedules.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with supervisors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.
* Develop and maintain accurate construction schedules for residential projects
* Coordinate with project stakeholders to identify potential risks and implement schedule updates as needed
* Manage pricing and variations, including final accounts and invoice queries
* Provide clear communication to internal teams and clients
* Support project delivery across all stages from pre-start through to handover
Requirements
* Experience in scheduling within residential construction (single and double storey)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Proficiency in scheduling software
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
