Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a skilled recruitment professional to join our team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes across our business, partnering with hiring managers and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Utilise job boards, internal talent pools, and creative sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates.
* Provide recruitment best-practice advice and support interviews aligned with our competency framework.
* Maintain and enhance recruitment tools and resources.
You will have demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment and strong understanding of recruitment strategy. You will also have excellent organisational and time-management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and high level of computer literacy.
