This is a key role within the Stakeholder Engagement team that supports the Manager, Digital Channels in delivering Stockland's Corporate Digital Communications. The role will support the protection, enhancement and defence of Stockland's brand and reputation through the delivery of compelling visual content.
This role is responsible for the delivery of corporate-branded communications - digital, graphic, animation and video - that tell Stockland's story across a range of owned digital channels including our intranet, corporate website, and social media channels.
**About the Role**
- Develop engaging, relevant visual content that is consistent with the brand image and addresses business goals.
- Contribute content ideas and pitch content that supports the overall corporate communications strategy.
- Support corporate strategic goals through compelling visual communications that maximises engagement from both internal and external audiences.
- Content development, including animation, video, and graphic design from planning to production and execution on a range of digital channels.
- Content development for major corporate announcements and events (both internal and external) such as investor days, financial results, Annual General Meetings and town halls.
- Provide expertise on best practice content on a range of digital channels.
- Support the graphic design elements of presentations and communications collateral.
- Analyse, report, and provide expertise on performance of content across digital channels.
**About You**
- Bachelor or certificate in design - desirable
- Bachelor or certificate in digital marketing - desirable
- Demonstrated agency and/or in-house experience in corporate digital communications.
- Experience in content production and development.
- Experience with graphic design, online design and video production for an online environment (including social media).
- Demonstrated experience in creating content for social media.
- Superior capability with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Outstanding Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Thorough understanding of different content formats that perform best on different digital channels.
- Able to collaborate, educate and influence stakeholders, at different leadership levels across a large business.
